I'm working on a knife review from another knife maker.i have two sents of the tomahawks so I'm trying them out. I love the shape of them and the feeling in my hands I use 2 other type of tomahawks but I like yours better the different shapes and head design and shape is better than just a straight headed tomahawk.
So fantastic craftsmanship !! absolut worth every penny !! Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Very quick delivery. The tomahawk is a decent size and the kydex sheath lets you carry it at the back across your belt, just alter where the belt clip is. When it arrived it was well packaged but the blade was not as sharp as I would have liked, I spent about 20 minutes getting the edge to a fine finish (personal choice) then it was ready for anything, it cuts really well and holds an edge. Can’t fault the wooden scales but I did give them a coat of wax to keep any moisture out.
The box is beautiful. The ax is stunning with a nice weight. And the carved handle is exquisite. Be careful on this website; You will probably want to buy everything.
The axe has great craftsmanship and construction. This is perfect for any fan of the original. The quick shipping was also appreciated.

I have to say these tomahawks were made with real craftsmanship. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none. We are starting to use these tomahawks as send of gifts for our unit, no more plaques. The guys are very happy with the gifts. Great job and keep up the good work.
This is my third purchase from ancient smithy. I have ordered 4 tomahawks total, 2 were gifts. I have to be honest this company really does a great job. Their craftsmanship is great and I have used their hawks at work and they have held up to the task. Great products, website, packaging, etc. I don’t write many reviews, but they deserve one. Absolutely love the sharpness – went through hardwood like butter. The handle is comfortable for my hand and it's already my favourite axe!

This Tomahawk is AMAZING! Excellent quality, balance AND it's handmade! I went with the Padauk wooden handle. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again. The leather sheath is also a nice touch. I will be placing another order soon for the G10 version with the Kydex sheath, so I can have the best of both worlds 🤙🏾
This tomahawk is a gem! I’ve long admired Winkler tomahawks for their design and build, but I honestly think AncientSmithy’s is up there in terms of quality.
